Version 1.0 · Effective 1 August 2026

FindWorker Pro · FIND WORKER (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED · CUIN 0327509 · NTN I565406 · Ch Zulqurnan House No. 49, Street No. 3, Usmania Town, Pindi Road, Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan.

This English version is the master text. A Roman Urdu translation is provided for understanding; where the two differ, this version prevails.

In plain words: You are your own boss. You set your own prices. You choose which jobs to take. Customers pay you directly in cash. You pay us a small platform fee only on jobs you actually complete — and we give you 1,000 credits to start, worth Rs 1,000 off your fees.

1. You are independent, not our employee

You are an independent business. This agreement does not make you an employee, agent, or partner of FindWorker.

That means:

  • you decide when to work, and which jobs to accept or refuse;
  • you set your own prices for every item you offer;
  • you provide your own tools, materials, and transport;
  • you pay your own taxes;
  • you may work for anyone else, including our competitors, at any time;
  • we pay you no wage, and you receive no employment benefits, leave, or notice.

Your contract for each job is with the customer, not with us.

2. Joining

To work on FindWorker you must:

  1. be 18 or older;
  2. give your real name, mobile number, and CNIC, and upload clear photographs of your CNIC and a selfie;
  3. pass our identity check — carried out manually by our own staff, normally within 24 working hours;
  4. accept this agreement and our Privacy Policy. We record which version you accepted and when;
  5. choose your trades and set your prices;
  6. choose the areas you will work in.

We may refuse or later remove anyone, particularly where identity cannot be verified or where there is a risk to customer safety. If we reject you we will tell you why, and you may correct the problem and apply again.

3. How work reaches you

In most categories, customers ask for offers and you send them your price. The customer chooses. A customer may also send a job directly to you.

We do not guarantee any amount of work, any income, or any number of jobs. How much work you receive depends on your prices, your rating, how quickly you respond, your reliability, and how many customers need your trade in your area.

You may decline any job. But repeatedly ignoring offers, cancelling after accepting, or failing to arrive will reduce how often you are offered work and may lead to suspension.

4. Your prices and the customer's bill

You set every price. We never set, change, or cap your prices.

  • Set your rate for each item in your rate card. That rate is what the customer sees.
  • If you find extra work is needed, propose it in the app with a price. Never ask a customer for money for anything that is not in the app.
  • The customer approves or declines each item. A declined item must not be done.
  • Customers pay you directly in cash once they approve the completed work. We never hold your money.

Inspection Visit. Where an order includes one, you choose when giving your price whether it is charged separately (added to your price) or free if the customer proceeds (waived when they approve real work). If the customer declines everything, you are still paid for the visit. You may also set your inspection rate to zero and offer it free always.

5. The platform fee

You pay FindWorker a platform fee on each job you complete. It is the only thing you ever pay us, and it is deducted from your wallet — never taken from the cash the customer hands you.

LevelCompleted jobsPlatform fee
Rising012%
Pro2510.5%
Expert1009%
Master2507.5%
Elite5006%

One fee, every category — the same percentage applies to AC, Electrical, Plumbing, Pest Control, Cleaning, Dry Cleaning, and both salons. It has a minimum of Rs 75 and is capped at Rs 2,000 per order, however large the job.

Inspection orders. On any order where you inspect before giving a price, a one-time Rs 399 is added on top — it never grows with the job value, and applies once per order however many items you price. The most a single order can cost you is Rs 2,399.

Charged once, when the customer chooses you — before the work begins, not after. Any extra or inspected work the customer approves afterwards carries no further fee: a worker who finds Rs 25,000 of extra work keeps all of it.

The more jobs you complete, the higher your level and the lower your fee — down to half at Elite. Levels are earned through completed jobs and good ratings. Nothing is bought.

We may change fees, but we will tell you at least 30 days beforehand in the app, explain what changed, and ask you to accept the updated agreement. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using FindWorker.

6. Credits — how they work

When your identity check is approved we give you 1,000 credits.

Each credit is worth Rs 1 off your platform fee. So 1,000 credits covers roughly your first two to three jobs.

  • Credits are used automatically against your fee. You do nothing.
  • Credits are used first; only the remainder comes from your wallet.
  • If a fee is Rs 300 and you hold 1,000 credits, you pay nothing and 700 credits remain.
  • Your credits balance and its expiry date are always visible in the app.

Credits are not money:

  • credits can never be withdrawn as cash;
  • credits cannot be transferred to anyone;
  • credits are not refundable;
  • credits expire 90 days after they are granted, if unused;
  • we may cancel credits obtained by fraud or by breaking these terms.

There are no free jobs on FindWorker. Credits are the only welcome benefit and the only thing that reduces your fee.

7. Referrals

Bring another worker. When someone joins with your code and completes 5 jobs, you each receive 250 credits — not cash (see section 6).

Bring a customer. When a customer joins with your code and completes their first order, you and the customer each receive Rs 200 in credits — not cash (see section 6).

Referral rewards are subject to limits and checks. We do not pay for fake accounts, self-referrals, or duplicate CNICs or numbers, and we may reverse rewards obtained that way and suspend the accounts involved.

8. Your wallet and payouts

Your wallet holds real money — top-ups and returned fees. It is separate from your credits balance (referral rewards are credits, not cash).

  • Top up using the methods shown in the app.
  • Platform fees are deducted automatically as you complete jobs.
  • Your wallet may go slightly negative up to a set limit. Below that, you cannot bid on new jobs until you top up. The app warns you first.

Withdrawing money:

RuleDetail
MinimumRs 1,000
Paid tothe bank account or mobile wallet you nominate — the name must match your CNIC
Timingnormally within 3 working days of your request
Held backonly while we investigate a dispute or suspected fraud, and we will tell you why

Credits cannot be withdrawn and never appear in your withdrawable balance.

9. Your responsibilities

  • Do the work yourself, or through a team member you have registered and who has been verified.
  • Arrive when you said you would, and keep the customer informed.
  • Work safely and to a proper standard.
  • Price honestly, and never demand more than the amount approved in the app.
  • Treat customers, their homes, and their families with respect.
  • Never ask a customer to pay or book outside the app.
  • Hold any licence, permit, or insurance your trade requires.
  • Pay your own taxes.

Update the app honestly. Mark yourself on the way, arrived, and complete at the real times. Customers rely on it, and false status updates are a serious breach.

10. Cancellations and reliability

Your platform fee is charged the moment a customer chooses you — before the work begins. Because of that:

  • if you cancel within 3 minutes of accepting, your fee is refunded and your signup credit restored;
  • cancel after that and the fee is kept — your route back is a refund request (below). Repeated cancellations count against your reliability record and may reduce the work you are offered;
  • repeatedly failing to arrive will lead to suspension.

There is no travel charge. If a customer cancels before work starts and you have already paid a platform fee, you may request that fee back within 24 hours in the app. We assess each request against the actual activity on the order — GPS and where you were at the time — so keep the app open during a job. Where the fee was paid with credits, the credits are restored.

11. Team members

If you work with a team you may invite members in the app. Team members are engaged by you, not by FindWorker.

  • You are responsible for everything your team members do on a job.
  • Every member must pass the same identity check before working.
  • You pay your members yourself. We do not employ them, pay them, or set their wages.
  • You hold the customer relationship and remain accountable for the order.
  • You cannot pause or remove a member while they are in the middle of a job.

12. Damage, safety, and responsibility

You are solely responsible for any loss, damage, or injury you or your team members cause. FindWorker does not insure you and does not pay for damage you cause.

If a customer reports damage:

  1. we pass the claim to you and require a response;
  2. we mediate in good faith;
  3. if you are at fault, we expect you to put it right;
  4. if you refuse to engage, we may suspend or permanently remove your account, and may give the customer your verified identity details so they can pursue a claim.

We strongly recommend you arrange your own liability insurance. You are responsible for your own health and safety, and for holding any licence your trade legally requires.

13. Your record and reputation

Customers see your rating, level, jobs completed, cancellation rate, and approved work photographs. This information belongs to the platform and helps customers choose safely.

Before-and-after photographs may only be shown with the customer's explicit permission. Never publish a customer's home, name, or address anywhere without it.

14. Suspension and removal

We may suspend or permanently remove your account if you fail identity verification or use someone else's identity, ask customers to pay or book outside the app, demand money above what the customer approved, repeatedly cancel or fail to arrive, receive very poor ratings, behave abusively or unsafely, damage property and refuse to engage, abuse credits or referrals, or break the law.

Where fair, we will warn you first. You may appeal to legal@findworker.pk and we will respond within 14 days.

On removal: you keep any real money in your wallet, subject to the minimum withdrawal and anything owed to us. Credits are cancelled and are never paid out.

You may leave at any time. Finish or cancel your active jobs, settle any negative balance, then delete your account in the app. See Account Deletion & Data Retention.

15. Confidentiality and customer information

Customer names, numbers, and addresses are given to you only to do that job. You must not save them for your own marketing, share them, sell them, or contact the customer for unrelated reasons. This obligation continues after you leave.

16. Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement. For important changes — particularly fees — we will tell you at least 30 days beforehand, show you a summary of what changed, and ask you to accept the new version. We record which version you accepted and when. Continuing to work on FindWorker after accepting means you agree to it.

17. Complaints and disputes

Step 1 — tell us. Write to legal@findworker.pk or message support on 0317-8059528. We give a proper answer within 14 days. See our Complaints & Grievance Policy.

Step 2 — if unresolved, either of us may take the matter to court.

Governing law: the laws of Pakistan. Jurisdiction: the courts at Islamabad.

18. General

  • If any part of this agreement is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
  • You may not transfer your account to anyone else.
  • This agreement and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us.

By tapping "I agree" in FindWorker Pro, you confirm you have read and accepted this agreement. We record the version, the date and time, and the device you accepted it from.
