The worker, always. FindWorker never sets, caps or changes what anyone charges. On salon and laundry orders you see each shop's own fixed prices before ordering; on repair work the worker prices the job after seeing it and you approve or decline.

The range is a typical guide for that service in Islamabad. Each worker sets their own price, which may sit anywhere in or outside the range. You always see the exact figure before you accept.

FindWorker lists labour only. Any item marked Replacement excludes the part itself — you arrange or approve the part separately with the worker.

For repair categories there is none. For salon and laundry orders placed with a specific shop the minimum is Rs 500.

Yes. Every service takes a quantity — three AC services, twelve shirts, two commodes. The estimate multiplies accordingly.

No. You are never billed for cancelling — before the worker sets off, on the way, or after. If an inspection has already taken place you owe that inspection price and nothing more.

Some jobs cannot honestly be priced over the phone — a leak, an AC that won't cool. The inspection price is what a worker charges to come, look and name a price for the real work. Each worker sets their own.

No. It only covers the visit and diagnosis. After inspecting, the worker quotes the actual work in the app and nothing proceeds until you approve it, item by item.

Typical ranges: AC Rs 350–900, plumbing Rs 300–850, electrical Rs 300–850, cleaning Rs 250–800. Pest control inspections are free. Each worker sets their own figure within their offer.

Yes. Every pest control worker inspects free of charge and prices the treatment after seeing the problem.

The worker waives the inspection price if you go ahead with their quote. If you decline the quote, you pay the inspection price for their visit and nothing else.

Yes. Declining costs nothing beyond the inspection price the worker stated in their offer. No work starts without your approval.

They propose it in the app with a price. You approve or decline each item. Nothing is added to your bill without your approval.

No. You describe the job, verified workers nearby send their own offers, and you pick the one you want. Nobody is sent to you.

Their rating, level, jobs completed, cancellation rate, distance from you and their price — plus photos of past work on their profile.

Rising, Pro, Expert, Master and Elite. Levels are earned only by completed work — 25, 100, 250 and 500 jobs — and cannot be bought. A higher level means a longer record on FindWorker.

Usually within minutes. Offers come from verified workers who are online and cover your sector.

Yes. Posting a job commits you to nothing. If no offer suits you, simply don't accept one.

Yes. Salon and laundry shops can be ordered from directly. For repair work you can share your job with a worker you have used before and accept their offer.

Ladies salon services are provided by female workers. The category is separate from Gents Salon for this reason.

Every worker submits their CNIC and a live selfie. FindWorker's own staff review them before the worker can receive a single job. No third party ever sees the document.

No. There is no phone calling on FindWorker. All contact runs through in-app chat — text, voice notes and photos. Your number stays private.

Yes. After you choose, you follow the worker's progress on the map and receive a status at each step until they reach your door.

Don't confirm it. Use 'Something's wrong' in the app and FindWorker mediates using the job record and photos. Confirming does not end your right to raise a problem.

Never. You pay the worker directly in cash after approving the work. Because we hold no money, a dispute is mediated between you and the worker rather than refunded by us.

You are not charged. Your job is reopened to other verified workers and you choose again. Cancellations count against the worker's record, which every customer can see.

Yes. FIND WORKER (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is registered with the SECP (CUIN 0327509) and based in Islamabad.

Open the app, pick the service by name, add a description or photos, and post the job. Verified workers send offers; you choose one, follow them on the map, approve the itemised bill and pay in cash.

You browse nearby shops with their own price lists, build your order from one shop's menu, and send it. The total you see is final. The shop accepts, the work is done, you pay in cash.

No. Each order belongs to one category — a plumbing job and an electrical job are two orders, each priced by the right worker.

Yes. Every category has an 'Other' item where you describe the problem in your own words. The worker prices it on site.

Repair categories include an emergency callout item for urgent problems. Workers who take emergencies see it first.

You can browse services and typical price ranges freely. Posting a job needs a phone number so workers can send offers.

Yes. Laundry and dry cleaning orders are collected from you and returned.

Not yet. 23 painting services are designed and the trade opens as soon as enough verified painters cover Islamabad. Painters can register now.

These monthly and daily arrangements are in development. They will follow the same rule as everything else: you choose the person, they set their price.

Yes. R22, R32 and R410A gas charging and gas top-ups are fixed-price services with typical ranges shown before you order.

Yes. Gas and instant geyser installation and service are plumbing services; electric geyser installation and element replacement are electrical services. Faults are priced after inspection.

Yes. Overhead and underground tank cleaning are fixed-price cleaning services, priced per tank.

Yes, including pre-construction and furniture termite treatment. The inspection is free and the treatment is priced after the worker sees the problem.

Yes. Bridal makeup and hairdo, nikkah, mehndi day and walima makeup are fixed-price ladies salon services from shops you choose.

No subscriptions. Some salon shops list packages as single services with a fixed price.
