How FindWorker works
There are two kinds of home services: work with a known price, and work nobody can price without seeing it. FindWorker handles each honestly, and you choose your worker in both.

Dry Cleaning & Laundry, Gents Salon and Ladies Salon work like a menu. You browse nearby shops, see each one's own price list, build your order from it, and send it to that shop. The total you see is the total, known before you press order.

The part people ask about
The inspection, explained straight.
An inspection price is what it costs for a worker to come, look at the job and name a price. It pays for their time and diagnosis. Each worker sets their own — some charge it on top of the work, many make it free if you go ahead with them, and some come for free entirely.

Worth knowing: "free if it proceeds" means free if the work goes ahead. A worker who travels, inspects and names a price deserves to be paid for that visit even if you decline — that is what the inspection price is for. And if you cancel before the inspection begins, you pay nothing at all.

What does FindWorker cost me?
Nothing. No booking fee, no service charge, no travel charge, no cancellation charge. You pay only the worker, in cash, after you approve the work. Our fee is paid by the worker from their own wallet.
Who decides the price of a job?
The worker, always. FindWorker never sets, caps or changes what anyone charges. On salon and laundry orders you see each shop's own fixed prices before ordering; on repair work the worker prices the job after seeing it and you approve or decline.
Does the app charge me for cancelling?
No. You are never billed for cancelling — before the worker sets off, on the way, or after. If an inspection has already taken place you owe that inspection price and nothing more.
What is an inspection price?
Some jobs cannot honestly be priced over the phone — a leak, an AC that won't cool. The inspection price is what a worker charges to come, look and name a price for the real work. Each worker sets their own.
Is the inspection price the price of the repair?
No. It only covers the visit and diagnosis. After inspecting, the worker quotes the actual work in the app and nothing proceeds until you approve it, item by item.
What if the worker finds extra work on site?
They propose it in the app with a price. You approve or decline each item. Nothing is added to your bill without your approval.
