Why this page exists
FindWorker only works because a stranger is willing to enter your home, and you are willing to let them. That takes trust on both sides.
These are the rules that protect it. They apply to everyone — customers, workers, and team members. Breaking them can cost you your account.
1. Respect goes both directions
A worker in your home is a skilled professional running their own business. A customer is someone trusting you with their home and family.
Not acceptable, from anyone:
- shouting, insults, threats, or intimidation
- harassment of any kind, including unwanted physical contact or comments about someone's body
- discrimination based on gender, religion, sect, ethnicity, province, language, caste, or disability
- filming or photographing a person without their consent
- pressuring anyone into anything they have not agreed to
We take reports of harassment seriously and act on them quickly. If you feel unsafe, end the visit and contact us immediately on 0317-8059528.
2. Women's safety
Ladies Salon services are provided by women, to women.
For any service, a customer may ask that a female household member be present, and may decline a worker for any reason before accepting an offer — you never have to explain why.
Workers: if you arrive and the situation feels inappropriate or unsafe, you may leave. Report it to us and it will not count against your reliability record.
Any report of harassment against a woman on this platform results in immediate suspension while we investigate. There is no warning for this.
3. Honesty about money
Workers must:
- charge only what the customer approved in the app;
- put every extra item in the app with a price, before doing it;
- never demand cash for anything not shown in the app;
- never ask for payment before the work is approved.
Customers must:
- pay the agreed amount, in cash, once they have approved the work;
- not haggle after the work is finished — the price was agreed before it started;
- not withhold payment over something unrelated to the job.
If a worker asks you for money outside the app, report it. If a customer refuses to pay for approved work, report it. Both are serious.
4. Stay on the platform
Doing work outside the app — swapping numbers to avoid it — might look like it saves money. It does not.
You lose: arrival tracking, a written record of what was agreed, dispute mediation, the worker's verified identity, and any recourse at all if something goes wrong.
Both accounts can be closed for this. It is the fastest way to lose your standing on FindWorker.
5. Homes, children, and pets
- The account holder must be 18 or older.
- A service may be for someone under 18 — a child's haircut, for instance — but an adult must be present throughout.
- Keep pets secure during the visit, for everyone's sake.
- Keep valuables and documents put away. Workers should never be asked to move or handle them.
6. Honest reviews
Reviews are how good workers get more work and how customers choose well.
Review the job you actually had. We remove reviews that are abusive, contain personal information, are clearly false, or are written in exchange for anything.
Workers must never pressure a customer for a five-star rating, offer a discount for one, or retaliate against an honest review.
7. Photographs of your home
A worker may photograph their work. Those photographs are never shown to anyone else unless you say yes.
After a job we ask you separately whether the worker may use before-and-after photographs. If you decline, they stay private. Your name and address are never attached, either way.
Workers: posting a customer's home, name, or address anywhere without permission is a serious breach.
8. Illegal and unsafe work
Nobody may use FindWorker to arrange anything illegal. Workers must refuse work that is unsafe or that they are not qualified or licensed to do — and refusing on those grounds will never count against you.
Never ask a worker to bypass a meter, tamper with a utility connection, or do anything that endangers a building or its neighbours.
9. What happens when someone breaks these rules
| Situation | What we do |
|---|---|
| First time, minor | a warning, and we explain what went wrong |
| Repeated | reduced work offered, or temporary suspension |
| Serious | immediate suspension while we investigate |
| Harassment, fraud, theft, violence | permanent removal, and referral to the authorities where appropriate |
You may always appeal. Write to legal@findworker.pk and we will respond within 14 days, with a real explanation rather than a form reply.
10. Reporting something
| What | How |
|---|---|
| Urgent or unsafe | 0317-8059528 — call or WhatsApp |
| Everything else | legal@findworker.pk, or Account → Help & Support in the app |
Tell us what happened, when, and the order number. Photographs help. We will not share your identity with the other party without your consent, unless the law requires it.
