This page exists because payment providers and card schemes require every merchant to publish a delivery policy. FindWorker sells no physical products, so there is no shipping. What follows explains how our services are actually delivered.
1. Nothing is shipped
FindWorker does not sell, stock, ship, or deliver any physical goods. There is no courier, no tracking number, no delivery charge, and no shipping address.
We are a marketplace for home services. Everything we provide is performed in person, at the customer's own address, by an independent skilled worker the customer chooses.
2. Where we operate
Islamabad, Pakistan. Coverage is by sector, and the app shows whether your area is served before you place an order. If it is not yet covered you can ask to be told when it is.
We do not serve customers outside Pakistan.
3. What is delivered, and when
Services are provided on demand — the customer books now and the worker travels to them immediately. There is no scheduled or future-dated booking at present.

Arrival is tracked live in the app. The customer sees the worker's status move through Confirmed → On the way → Arrived → Working → Submitted, and can message the worker in the app at any point.
Because workers are independent and travel through real traffic, arrival times are estimates, not guarantees. If a worker is delayed the customer can see it and may cancel free of charge before the worker sets off.
5. Confirmation of delivery
A job is only complete when the customer approves it in the app. The customer reviews an itemised bill, approves or declines any extra work the worker proposed, and confirms.
No amount is ever added to a bill without the customer's in-app approval.
If the customer does not respond within 24 hours the order confirms automatically, and our records show clearly that the system — not the customer — confirmed it.
6. Payment on delivery
Customers pay their worker directly, in cash, after approving the completed work.
FindWorker charges the customer nothing at all — no booking fee, no convenience fee, no service charge, no delivery charge. We never take card or bank payments from customers and never hold customer funds.
The only payments FindWorker processes are wallet top-ups made by registered workers, used to pay the platform fee we charge them. That is the sole purpose of any payment gateway we use.
7. If a service is not delivered
