Team Member Terms

If you're a team member, you work for the team owner who invited you — not for FindWorker. Effective 1 August 2026.

Effective · 1 August 2026

FindWorker Pro · FIND WORKER (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED · CUIN 0327509 · NTN I565406 · Ch Zulqurnan House No. 49, Street No. 3, Usmania Town, Pindi Road, Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan.

The most important thing on this page: if you are a team member, you work for the team owner who invited you — not for FindWorker. FindWorker does not employ you, does not pay you, and does not set your wages. Your owner does.

1. Who this is for

A team owner is a worker on FindWorker who takes jobs and sends members of their own team to carry them out.

A team member is a person the owner invites, who is verified by FindWorker, and who attends jobs on the owner's behalf.

This page sets out what each of you is responsible for.

2. FindWorker is not your employer

For the team member:

  • You are engaged by your owner, on whatever terms the two of you agree.
  • Your owner pays you. FindWorker never pays a team member — not a wage, not a share of the job, not a bonus.
  • FindWorker sets no wage, no hours, no leave, and gives no employment benefits.
  • FindWorker holds no contract of employment with you.
  • Any dispute about your pay is between you and your owner.

We verify your identity, give you an app, and let you work — nothing more.

3. Why we still verify you

Because a customer is letting you into their home.

Every team member must pass the same identity check as any other worker: real name, mobile number, CNIC, photographs of your CNIC, and a selfie. Checks are performed manually by our staff, normally within 24 working hours.

You cannot be sent on a job until you are verified. No exceptions, whatever your owner says.

You enter your own CNIC details yourself. Your owner does not see your CNIC images or your selfie — only whether you have been verified.

4. The owner's responsibilities

As a team owner you are fully responsible for everything your members do on a job. That means:

  • Their work. Poor work, unfinished work, or damage caused by your member is your responsibility to the customer, exactly as if you had done it yourself.
  • Their conduct. Rudeness, harassment, dishonesty, or unsafe behaviour by your member counts against your account.
  • Their pay. You pay them, on time, on the terms you agreed. FindWorker will not intervene in this, but persistent complaints from your members will make us question your account.
  • Their suitability. Do not invite anyone you would not trust in your own home.
  • The customer relationship. The customer chose you. You remain accountable for the order from start to finish.

The platform fee is charged to you, the owner — never to your member.

5. The member's responsibilities

  • Attend when your owner assigns you, or tell them promptly if you cannot.
  • Do the work properly and safely.
  • Treat the customer, their home, and their family with respect.
  • Never ask a customer for money. All money is handled between the customer and your owner, through the app.
  • Never take a customer's number to work privately. That is theft from your owner and grounds for removal from the platform.
  • Update your status honestly in the app — on the way, arrived, working, complete.
  • Follow our Community Guidelines and the Photo and Content Consent rules.

6. Joining, pausing, and leaving

Joining: your owner invites you by phone number. You install FindWorker Pro, enter your own CNIC details, and wait for verification.

Being paused: your owner may deactivate you at any time so you stop receiving assignments — except while you are in the middle of a job. That is blocked, deliberately, so nobody is pulled out of a customer's home mid-work.

Being removed: your owner may remove you from their team, except while you are on a job. Removal ends your access to their jobs immediately.

Leaving: you may leave at any time. Finish or hand back any active job first. Tell your owner — it is their customer relationship on the line.

One team at a time. A member may belong to one team.

7. When we act against a member directly

Although your owner engages you, FindWorker may suspend or permanently remove you from the platform if you:

  • fail identity verification, or use someone else's identity;
  • harass, threaten, or discriminate against a customer;
  • ask a customer for money outside the app;
  • take customers off-platform;
  • steal, damage property, or work unsafely;
  • falsify status updates.

You may appeal to legal@findworker.pk and we respond within 14 days.

Being removed from the platform is separate from your arrangement with your owner. We cannot end that; only the two of you can.

8. If your owner treats you unfairly

We are not your employer, so we cannot enforce your pay. But we do want to know.

If an owner does not pay members, misuses their identity documents, or pressures them into unsafe work, write to legal@findworker.pk. We will investigate the owner's account, and a pattern of this will cost them their place on FindWorker.

If you feel unsafe on a job, leave. Report it and it will not count against you.

9. Your information

We hold your name, number, CNIC, and selfie to verify you and so customers know who is entering their home. Your owner sees only your name, status, whether you are verified, and whether you are on a job — never your CNIC images or selfie.

Everything else is in our Privacy Policy, including how to delete your account.
